Pelvictory B.V. attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Statement we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.

We do everything we can to guarantee your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Pelvictory B.V. complies in all cases with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we in any case:

Processing of customers’ personal data

Personal data of customers is processed by Pelvictory B.V. processed for the following purpose(s):

– shipping of the item,

– billing.

The basis for this personal data is:
– the purchase and payment via the webshop, fair or at the home address of Pelvictory B.V.

For the above objective(s), Pelvictory B.V. request the following personal data from you:

Your personal data will be processed by Pelvictory B.V. stored for the purpose of the above-mentioned processing(s) during the warranty period. Financial data is kept for 7 years (legal retention obligation).

The above data will also be stored for a possible recall of the Sylo-pen.

Personal data of interested parties is collected by Pelvictory B.V. processed for the following purpose(s):
– provision of information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.

The basis for this personal data is:
– verbal permission, email contact, delivery of a business card and/or via link on LinkedIn.

 

For the above objective(s), Pelvictory B.V. request the following personal data from you:

  • name,
  • address data,
  • phone number,
  • e-mail address.

 

Your personal data will be processed by Pelvictory B.V. stored for the purpose of the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period:

  • during the period in which one is seen as an interested party.
  • With verbal permission, email contact, issuing a business card and/or via social media.

 

Processing of personal data of students

Personal data of students is collected by Pelvictory B.V. processed for the following purpose(s):

– invitation to training,

– invitation for follow-up training,

– registration for participation in the training,

– registration on the website of pelvic floor physiotherapy practice Victory,

– sending additional information following the training,

– sending information as insight evolves,

– information for participating in research.

 

The basis for this personal data is:

– registration form for the training.

 

For the above objective(s), Pelvictory B.V. request the following personal data from you:

  • student’s name,
  • specific profession (pelvic physiotherapist, manual therapist, general therapist, chiropractor, osteopath or other),
  • Name of employer,
  • student or employer address details,
  • phone number
  • e-mail address
  • date of birth

 

Processing of personal data of employees

Personal data of employees is processed by Pelvictory B.V. processed for the following purpose(s):

– implement the employment contract or secondment agreement.

 

The basis for this personal data is:

– The employment contract or secondment agreement.

 

For the above objective(s), Pelvictory B.V. request the following personal data from you:

  • name,
  • address,
  • residence,
  • phone number,
  • e-mail address,
  • date of birth,
  • salary details,
  • copy ID,
  • BSN number,
  • bank details,
  • relevant personnel data.

 

Your personal data will be processed by Pelvictory B.V. stored for the purpose of the above-mentioned processing(s) during the period that one has a contract and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.

 

Disclosure to third parties

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

  • taking care of the internet environment of the GDPR program,
  • taking care of the (financial) administration,
  • arranging newsletters and invitations,
  • processing declarations or bank transactions,
  • setting up and processing the internet environment,
  • sending the purchased Sylo pen.

 

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We naturally make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police requests (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.

 

Within the EU

We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.

Retention period

Pelvictory B.V. does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.

Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. For example, we have taken the following measures:

  • all persons working on behalf of Pelvictory B.V. may take note of your data, are obliged to keep it confidential,
  • we have a username and password policy on all our systems,
  • we make backups of personal data in order to be able to restore them in the event of physical or technical incidents,
  • our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data.

 

Rights regarding your data

You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have us transfer the data you provide to yourself or directly to another party on your behalf. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can respond to the aforementioned requests.

If we may process your personal data on the basis of permission you have given, you always have the right to withdraw this permission.

 

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly. If we cannot reach an agreement with you, we will of course find this very annoying. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
