Pain or tension in your legs or feet?
Leg and foot pain is incredibly annoying. It can limit your mobility, disrupt your posture, and make you tire more quickly. Many people experience, for example:
Heavy or tired legs after a workday or sports activity
Cramps in the calves during or after exercise
Pain under the foot when standing up (such as heel spurs or plantar fasciitis)
Tingling or stiffness in the toes or sole of the foot
Tension in the hamstrings or thighs when sitting, cycling or lifting for a long time
These complaints often arise from overuse, muscle tension, improper footwear, a static posture, or prolonged sitting/standing. Fortunately, these complaints can often be alleviated by applying the right pressure to the right muscle points – exactly what the Sylo-Pen makes possible.
❓ What are trigger points?
Trigger points are small, painful knots in your muscles . They often feel like a hard or tender spot and can:
Give local pressure pain
Pain radiating to another part of your leg or foot
Weaken or shorten the muscle
Cause a 'stuck' feeling or stiffness
In the legs and feet, trigger points often occur in the:
Calves (gastrocnemius & soleus): causing cramps, heel pain or fatigue
Hamstrings: cause pulling pain during movement or stiffness when sitting
Arch of the foot or sole of the foot (plantar fascia): cause of heel spur-like complaints
Quadriceps or iliotibial band: causing knee pain or lateral tension
Toes or small foot muscles: cause cramps or a cramped arch of the foot
What does the Sylo pen do?
The Sylo pen treat these trigger points . By applying pressure to the correct spot with the pen, you stimulate:
Relaxation of tense muscle fibers
Improved blood circulation , which allows waste products to be removed more quickly
Relief of radiating pain , for example from calf to heel
Restoration of normal muscle function , making movement smoother
With just a few minutes a day you can reduce or even prevent many common complaints.
Where do you use the Sylo pen?
Below you will find an overview of commonly used zones and what they are good for:
🔹 Calves (gastrocnemius & soleus)
For: cramps, fatigue, night restlessness, walking problems
How: Sitting, with leg supported, press on muscle belly just below knee to mid-calf
🔹 Hamstrings (back of thigh)
For: stiffness after sitting, pulling pain, tight legs when bending over
How: Sitting or lying down, place the pen on tense areas, often slightly higher on the leg.
🔹 Quadriceps and thigh muscles (front of thigh)
For: pain when climbing stairs, pressure on the knee, sports-related tension
How: Sitting or standing with support, pressure point just above the knee or mid-thigh
🔹 Arch & sole of the foot
For: heel spur, pain when getting up, starting stiffness
How: Sitting, place the pen under the arch of your foot or heel, using light pressure to also grab your lower leg.
🔹 Side of thigh (iliotibial band)
For: runner's knee, pulling sensation on the outside of the thigh
How: Lying or standing against a wall, roll the pen over the outer thigh line, also taking care of your upper and lower legs.
