Pelvictory BV attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Statement, we aim to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.
We do everything we can to protect your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Pelvictory BV complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we:
- process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided, these purposes and types of personal data are described in this Privacy Statement,
- limit the processing of your personal data to only those data that are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed,
- ask for your explicit consent if we need it for the processing of your personal data,
- have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data,
- not to pass on personal data to other parties unless this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes for which they were provided,
- to be aware of your rights regarding your personal data, to point this out to you and to respect them.

Processing of personal data of customers
Personal data of customers are processed by Pelvictory BV for the following purpose(s):
– shipping of the article,
The basis for this personal data is:
- the purchase and payment via the web shop, trade fair or at the home address of Pelvictory BV
For the above purpose(s), Pelvictory BV may request the following personal data from you:
- name,
- address details,
- telephone number,
- email address.
Your personal data will be stored by Pelvictory BV for the purposes of the aforementioned processing(s) during the warranty period. Financial data will be retained for 7 years (legal retention requirement).
The above data is also stored in connection with a possible recall of the Sylo pen.
Processing of personal data of potential customers or interested parties
Personal data of interested parties are processed by Pelvictory BV for the following purpose(s):
- providing information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.
The basis for this personal data is:
– verbal consent, email contact, issuing of a business card and/or via a link on LinkedIn.
For the above purpose(s), Pelvictory BV may request the following personal data from you:
- name,
- address details,
- telephone number,
- email address.
Your personal data will be stored by Pelvictory BV for the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period:
- during the period in which one is seen as interested.
- By verbal consent, email contact, issuing a business card and/or via social media.
Processing of personal data of students
Personal data of students are processed by Pelvictory BV for the following purpose(s):
– invitation to training,
– invitation to follow-up training,
– registration of participation in the training,
– registration on the website of pelvic floor physiotherapy practice Overwinning,
– sending additional information following the training,
- sending information as new insights become available,
– information for participating in research.
The basis for these personal data is:
–registration form for the training.
For the above purpose(s), Pelvictory BV may request the following personal data from you:
- student name,
- specific profession (pelvic floor physiotherapist, manual therapist, general therapist, chiropractor, osteopath or other),
- employer name,
- address details of student or employer,
- phone number
- email address
- date of birth
Processing of personal data of employees
Personal data of employees are processed by Pelvictory BV for the following purpose(s):
- to implement the employment contract or secondment agreement.
The basis for these personal data is:
- The employment contract or secondment agreement.
For the above purpose(s), Pelvictory BV may request the following personal data from you:
- name,
- address,
- place of residence,
- telephone number,
- email address,
- date of birth,
- salary information,
- copy ID,
- BSN number,
- bank details,
- relevant personnel data.
Your personal data will be stored by Pelvictory BV for the above-mentioned processing(s) during the period that a contract has been concluded and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Disclosure to third parties
We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above.
For example, we use a third party for:
- maintaining the internet environment of the AVG program,
- taking care of the (financial) administration,
- providing newsletters and invitations,
- processing declarations or bank transactions,
- setting up and processing the internet environment,
- the shipping of the purchased Sylo pen.
We never share personal data with third parties with whom we have not entered into a data processing agreement. We naturally make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not share the data you provide with third parties unless legally required and permitted. An example of this is if the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obligated to provide this data. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.
Within the EU
We do not provide personal data to parties established outside the EU.
Retention period
Pelvictory BV does not store personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law.
Security
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing. For example, we have taken the following measures:
- all persons who may access your data on behalf of Pelvictory BV are bound to confidentiality,
- We have a username and password policy on all our systems,
- We make backups of the personal data in order to be able to restore them in the event of physical or technical incidents,
- Our employees have been informed about the importance of protecting personal data.
Rights regarding your data
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data you provided transferred to you or, on your behalf, directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with these requests.
If we are allowed to process your personal data based on your consent, you always have the right to withdraw this consent.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, please contact us directly. If we cannot resolve the matter together, we are, of course, very sorry. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the supervisory authority for privacy protection.
